Most of the frequenies listed are no longer used by certain towns. The 46.16 base has a roll call in the moring around 9 am I beleive still but only a few dispatch centers have this frequency. 33.78 is still used by a good number of departments that operate on the 33 MHz band but mostly these departments are located in the north western, north and eastern parts of the state.
The intercities are very active throughout the state. I know South Central and Hartford stil conduct roll calls on their respective frequencies.
