Default Orange Air National Guard

Hi All -

I had programmed the Orange ANG many months ago and heard nothing. Today at 4:30 I heard footrope delta, footrope hotel. It was repeated a few times with a message that this was a test. Any one have any info on the meaning? Any one else follow 301.60?
Bobby
