Default Wallingford Question

Someone told me Wallingford is encrypted. I see here in the database their freqs look like they are in the open. Haven't listened for them yet though. Just wondering what the deal is because I won't program them in if they are encrypted.

Thanks,
NX1V

They may have the ability to go encrypted, but I listen to them in the clear. They are digital though so you need a digital scanner to hear them.
