MED 10 is the main frequency for C-MED New Haven with the PL listed by Cougar for all med channels. The only med channel not used in New Haven is MED 9.
There are also several tower locations throughout the region as well. Cougar listed a few of the primary hospital to ambulance set ups though these are not set in stone but are what is used primarily. The system at C-MED New Haven is set up where they have a switching matrix and can take MEDs 1-8 radio towers and hook them up to any hospital. For example if an ambulance in Ansonia want's to talk to Yale, the hospital can be patched to the MED 1 tower located in the Valley area.
Here are the Med Channels by tower locations (R = repeater)
West Rock tower, New Haven - MED 10 (R), MED 4 (R), MED 7 (R)
East Rock tower, New Haven - MED 6 (R) [Like Cougar said it si used also for a tactical set up as it is the most Central location in Greater New Haven but is also used as a patch channel for certain ambulances coming into the city]
VA Hospital tower, West Haven - MED 8 (R)
Ells Hill tower , Milford - MED 8
Valley tower, Seymour - MED 10, MED 1 (R) MED 6
Cook Hill tower, Wallingford - MED 5
Meriden / Wallingford tower - MED 10, MED 3 (R)
Shoreline tower, Guilford - MED 10, MED 2(R), MED 5
There are a few other channels they used but I am not up to date on any of them.I used to work for C-MED full-time for five years and part-time a few years after. There used to be MED 14 which was the dispatch for Meriden and Wallingford but that was abandoned in that use about 4 or 5 years ago. Not sure what that is being used for but it may be for interops now.
