Hartford guides

Hi just wondering who these Hartford Guides are and what they do, I hear them on the city of Hartfords trunked system.

Don't quote me on this, but i think they work as tour guides around the downtown and capitol area, i know they have a spot on the EDACS system,
Stamford also has "Ambassadors" that use teh new trunking system and they have a few talk groups,
They basically provide directions and tourist information around major pedestrian and high traffic area's,
I beleive New haven has the same thing.
