Default Weston FD and EMS Freq's question?

I came across a couple of frequencies for Weston, CT that I am not quite sure what they are used for.

First is the FD

The frequency in question are 460.4375?

Second is EMS

The frequency in question are 460.1875? With these I checked to see if they were licensed to CMED and they didn't seem to be.

Could the 460.4375 and the 460.1875 be a second operations channel for the fd and ems. I noticed that they were licensed as FB.

Thanks,

Chris

weston has quite a few frequencies licensed that are unused. Including some VHF and 800mhz frequencies.
