Default glastonbury pd

i am listening to glastonbury this friday night 10/9/09 and the pd dispatch is encrypted and is continuing for several hours now,does anyone know or has heard that they are encrypting their dispatch permanently now or maybe they just forgot to turn it off anyway the cars are in the clear at least.....I hope they are not going full time....?

its back to normal now,glastonbury dispatch went back to unencrypted mode,

Glastonbury only hoes ENC when they dont want sensitive information do disrupt the case. sometimes the he girl dispatcher forgets to turn off the encryption when they are done that really sucks when they do. i listen 24/7 day and night on my BCD396T i love it
