Is Stamford Fire still simulcasting the TRS on 154.13 PL 114.8?

The last I knew yes they were and I'm able to occasionally pick them up in the valley.

Been working in Stamford 2-days and have not heard them yet. I usually hear the all day.

154.130 is also used by Meriden Fire as well. I forget which PL they are on but its in the database.

Hartford and Stratford share 154.310.

I heard that the city stopped the simulcast. The volunteers are not happy about it!!

Well we won't go there about the politics down there. Too much stuff going on. I was hearing them 5x5 with everyone being dispatched.

I confirmed with Tom at ScanCT.com that the 154.13 patch was taken down and has not been put back yet.

Last time I spoke to Tom he was not sure. They are going to see if the new Mayor that is going to be elected in November can make it happen, ALOT of politcal issues in Stamford.

Newark, NJ also dispatches on 154.13. Stamford may be a bit too far away to pick them up though.

Try 203.5 as a PL I got them on the new PL a few weeks ago in bridgeport loud and clear

Thanks for the link. That will be interesting if they decide to descramble the fire, ems and pd channels. Also any news about the 154.1300 Mhz frequency?
