Default Court marshals?

My sister and husband just purchased their first house not far from the milford Courthouse,
I am wondering what frequencies CT courts use? and if they are trunked, does anyone have the frequencies for the system?

Milford court uses a couple of low power freqs within the court house that you can only hear if you are pretty much on top of them. The prisoner vans use a passport system so they can't really be monitored.
