They are all in the clear accept for one unit.... Not mentioning any numbers, but everyone he talks with is always in the clear too. Not really sure why....

i think your right,i really cant get them to good from here in newbritain but every time i did i noticed that enc coming ,and i thought to myself werent they supposed to be off the thing,at least the dispatcher is clear...and most of the units

someone in Waterbury told me it was just the detectives that are Encrypted, Wallingford does the same thing, dispatch and patrol are clear, and Detectives on Ch 2 are encrypted
