Feel free to ask me, if anyone has this same problem. I know almost nothing about scanning, but can read, understand, and now answer my question in probably ten seconds.

the database still shows naug pd with a pl of 203 and not the nac88,

Was it submitted as a DB update yet? Throw the frequencies, their NACs, etc, as a database submission (using the submit info button) and Ill update the DB as soon as the ticket shows up. Even the encrypted ones, and I'll note that they are encrypted.
