anyone have the freq for these guys around the New Haven to Old Saybrook area?

dont get to excited about listening to them i have them in my scanners,especially during storms and i never hear them reall talk much and say anything like im on 95 north plowing the stretch between exit xx to exit xx.i always heat them say control 40 on a signal somethig or othr and and sometime them say the weather forcast during a storm with storm totals--i wish they would go to 800 band

The Norwich freq for the CT DOT has good activity, it is also helpful because when they spot a traffic accident they report where it is, also the weather reports during snow storms are helpful too.
