Default Waterford system?

Has Waterford, CT turned on their digital system yet? For some reason am able too listen to them on a non-digital scanner (BCT15). The sound isn't the greatest, but I can still hear and understand them.

You would need a digital scanner to hear all activity since they are trunked P25 phase 1 digital. 33.94 is an analog patch from the trunked sytem.

The RR Database does not show a (digital) TRS for Waterford.

The FCC ULS does show a 800 Mhz TRS for Waterford.

Default Waterford control freq

Just to keep up to date & my head clear, Waterford's control freq is now 859.7125.

Even though the RSSI at my location is high, the reception has been terrible since they switched & I am only 4 miles away. I have tried attenuating and changing my directional antenna to no avail. I'm not looking forward to the New London switch over.

I stand corrected. The Waterford TRS is on the county page, but just at the bottom.
