Was Taking A Walk In My Area a Short While Ago With My 396T & Was Picking Up Some Encryption

Looked @ The Screen Display & It Was The Main Freq 4 Glastonbury PD 856.9625

Dispatch Was In The Clear 4 The Most Part

Has Any1 Else Been Hearing This??

did you hear this on a sunday?it seems they always want to encrypt on sundays and then sometimes they forget to turn it off the next day

1. Nothing wrong with my keyboard , I looked down when the encryption started(enc) & then it came in the clear about 30 sec later

2. Yes it was Sun, between 1130 - 12p, I get gpd/ gfd solid reception , caught me by surprise
