Hartford EDACS updated, please check

Had a bunch of submissions the last couple of weeks.

Added, deleted, and reorganized the listing. Many (such as the surveillance groups) had no associated or known channel designation. For now, they are listed by talkgroup hierarchy so that they can be later identified properly.

Example, if Surveil 4 comes up and someone says they are on surveil 19, please submit that information to the database so it can be updated.

870 - Surveillance 13

862 - Bomb Squad
862 - Auto Theft Task Force

857 - Intelligence Division 1
857 - Narcotics Unit 3

817 - Narcotics Unit 2
817 - Surveillance 5

I noticed that and was going to ask what was going on with hartford on a thread. Now to update my scanner

Why on earth would they need all them surveillance channels they are not the FBI,,, lol
