All of Eastern CT's 911 calls? Except for the other CSP troops, and the towns that handle their own 911 ... New London, Norwich, Groton, East Lyme, Waterford, Old Saybrook, Valley Shore, Pawcatuck, Ledyard, Montville, etc etc etc off the top of my head are dispatching their own without Tolland.

I saw elsewhere that the phones were affected by an outage elsewhere. Dispatch center stayed in service.
