Talking BCT396D and CSP

I am having a problem with my BCT396D and the "Private Calls" on the CSP system, most of the time I will just hear the "diesel engine noise" and no voice, This doesn't happen all the time, But most of the time it does.

Can anyone clue me in on this?

It came pre-programmed from J & S with the CSP system, and it's been picking up private calls ever since, Although occasionally this problem I'm having will occur.
