Default Download PDFs

I'm new to RadioReference and am having problems downloading PDF files. I just took out a premium subscription. What am I doing wrong? When I click "download" the scanner programming ref page keeps coming up.
Thanks

There are several Newtown's in PA. What county? Seems to work for me using Newton in Allegheny Cty. You may need to allow scripts, pop ups, etc Should bring up RadioReference.com Printable Report Generator
