Can't Connect ARC396T demo version to RR

Hi,

Just upgraded my RR account but can't connect to RR databases with ARC396Pro Demo software...

Internet-->Radioreference-->Conventional or trunked.

Message is: RadioRefdisconnected wait retreiving HTTP data

Nothing happens after this point

Tried the help in ARC 396 help PDF....go to http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml/sl=1

Get a cannot connect message.

Would appreciate any pointers...

Web service changes - Software Upgrades Required for Users The demo is one of several Butel programs that haven't been upgraded properly. The company is on holiday right now, so there isn't much you can do except follow the progress in the software forum. You could try FreeSCAN...it's free and it works
