updates not showing

The past few times the Los Angeles county frequencies have said they were updated, there is nothing different showing. I have checked this in other counties. Does anybody know why this is happening?

I clicked on the History tab on LA co. in the database and found the explanation, see this link:
Los Angeles County, California (CA) Change History

..so there was no freq.'s updated , just some db housekeeping was done.
