Wisconson State Police database question

I'm trying to download the WSP database with ARC996PRO and I cannot find it in the options, I tried the county of the division I was looking for (DANE) and got nothing there. I am assuming the system is conventional as nothing shows up in Trunked systems. I can see the info in the Database on the web just don't know the path to get it to download in the 996 program.

Assuming the interface is like most (I don't use Butel software) you should find the state patrol under state agencies from the state level. Don't go to the county level.
