Default NYSP Frequencies

I have just noticed that when you download the frequencies for the NYSP into Butel, the frequencies and PL tones are not matched correctly. NYSP does NOT use PL on their base frequencies, only on their mobile. Also on the Troop T frequencies, two PL tones are used along the Thruway...94.8 and 123.0. Again, the RR download only uses 94.8
Whoever does the RR software download setup, please contact me via PM and I will explain further. Thanks!

This is yet another case where the database was incorrectly loaded as if the mobiles were inputs to repeaters. The base and mobiles should have separate lines since this is a duplex system. As it is, the mobiles will NOT download at all since they are entered as Inputs. What's worse in this case, is that the Base gets downloaded with a PL, which you claim is not correct. Who in the heck would know that from the way it is listed. This is even more serious than PA. We got this corrected for PA SP, and it serves as a good example of how this one should be fixed as well.
