For example, the ZNY database list should display regardless of my logged in status, but I get: "Error Getting ARTCC Coordinates to PlotTable 'rrdb.arb' doesn't exist" in both Safari and IE, it works fine in FireFox. I logged in and it works in IE after logging in but it is still showing the error in Safari.
