With a bunch of new types of communications systems being rolled out - we've created some new database reports to show the adoption of these technologies:

In reference to database reports, today I printed out Monmouth and Ocean Counties (NJ) Printable PDF reports, when looking at the database everything looks good, but when I print it out I get some funny looking characters, any ideas?
