Missing buttons on the state pages

The county pages all have buttons for the wiki, download, watch, etc...but not the state pages. It's really annoying, too, because the wiki has had state-derived pages for years now, but there's no such link from the database to the wiki, as there are with other county pages.

It would also be nice to have some way to access, at a minimum, the RID and FTO articles in the wiki from the database. We have at least 1 of each from almost every state now.

It's currently part of the collaboration categories page, but because it's so buried deep in the wiki structure, it doesn't have the visibility (and by extension, being able to be found by a user) that it otherwise could.
