PSR EDIT ISSUE OR Database?

Using PSR edit to program a Pro 106 And the county agency's etc are all there but very out of order you select one system and another pop's up..So not sure if it's a Database issue or Software?

Just as an example if i select KSP post 14 the Dry ridge post 6 frequency's show up...

Most likely a software issue; the data is correct in the database, but we have no control over how the software interprets what it's downloading from the database.
