I submitted updates ( #165336 ) to the railroad forum regarding the NS Railroad in North Carolina.

I received the following response:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE

Dear ai8o,

The following note was posted by an administrator to your submission ticket

======================================================================
From: PJH
Subject:
----------------------------------------------------
I am planning on revamping the entire state - its on my todo list.

You don't happen to have a current NS timetable - or can source one by any chance?

In a message from RRnotify,

The first line of the response says: DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE

In the response the moderator clearly asks for me to respond to him with information about the availability of an NS timetable.

There is a click-on in the message that further states:

You can respond to this message by updating the submission ticket at the following link:

Clicking on this URL takes you to a webpage that says "ACCESS DENIED"

>>>>>>>>Things are badly hosed up here!!!!!<<<<<<<<

A response to a submission that asks for a response and then says:
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE

This message clearly asks for a response.

How can I respond if:
1) There is NO email for PJH,
2) NO RR PM address for PJH,
3) the click-on URL doesn't work,
4) the message says do not respond to RRnotify?

PJH can contact me at the Email address below.

He said he gets access denied when trying to get to that page..

I get that when RR has "forgotten" my login credentials (seems to happen if I view the site from multiple machines). He should check if his username is listed in the blue bar at top dead center or if it says LOGIN.

When I get this message and the blue bar says LOGIN, once I log in, I am taken to the submission immediately.

I was going to suggest he was logged into the forums only and not the database as well.

Dan,

It appears that the link to your submission somehow got truncated, which explains why you could not access it. The correct link is:

User Submission # 165336

In any case, I have instructed PJ to update the database per your submission and deal with issues related to reformatting later.

Sorry for the delay,

Tom
