I've been trying to get chirp to download any Tulsa area datasets and get a "subcat instance has no attribute 'scName'

I see in http://forums.radioreference.com/mi...m/266530-st-louis-area-chirp.html#post2237922 that it was something admins do..

Zipcodes 74101, 74133, 74103 are many of those that don't work.

Did your error message identify which subcat was in error? What specific frequencies were you trying to download, amateur only or everything?

There is an issue with CHIRP that's allowing this to happen and needs to be fixed at their end, but if you can narrow down which subcategory we can take a look and fix anything that might be wrong.
