System not correct in DB

Ok, Keihin IPT in Greenfield, Hancock County Indiana USED to have their own private system. However that has CHANGED. It is no longer a PRIVATE SYSTEM and it is now owned and LICENSED by ERS (Emergency Radio Service). It is now site 33 in their Regional DMR system 07Fh. This has been VERIFIED as has ownership of the license as shown here: ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WPTQ597 - EMERGENCY RADIO SERVICE INC

I have submitted the above however the admin continues to ignore the license and system change making it Keihin IPT Mfg. LLC and not apart of the correct system it should be. Can someone please fix this issue and put this site under the proper ownership and site?

FYI, 0007f = 127 hex to decimal.... so yes, I am correct. The above system IS part of the regional system. And if you dont believe it call ERS...they will tell you it is part of the system.
