Changes to SkyWarn info in Tulsa Co, OK

Just noticed that the SkyWarn info is slightly incorrect for Tulsa Co, OK.

146.880 RX 146.280 TX Licensed to WA5LVT Tulsa Repeater Organization.

443.850 RX 448.850 TX Licensed to W5IAS Tulsa Amateur Radio Club.

146.940 RX 146.340 TX Licensed to WA5LVT Tulsa Repeater Organization.

146.835 RX 146.235 TX Licenses to WT5EOC Tulsa Area Emergency Management Authority

146.88 is used by spotters inside Tulsa Co.

443.85 is used by spotters inside the NWS Tulsa CWA, This is the reason for the large link system.

146.94 has become a back up frequency to 146.88

146.835 is a newer repeater put up by TAEMA as a frequency for direct contact with Tulsa EOC

To qualify myself for bringing these corrections, I am the President of Tulsa Amateur Radio Club and a Net Control Officer for the NWS Tulsa SkyWarn.
