WPD officer struck on I95

While stopped to investigate an MVA I95NB at the concord pike on ramp.
T4 flew him to CMC with minor injuries.

A possibly ejected female from one of the involved MVA vehicles walked away from the scene in shock. K9 found her. Se went by ground to CMC with head and leg injuries.
