Psr500 & De

I just programmed the whole Delaware system in my psr-500 using win 500 and when i program it in and push scan, the scanner says "nothing enabled!". I can monitor and listen but not scan through every talkgroup to listen to anything going on on other talkgroups. The wilmington system scans through fine but not the de system. Can someone help me? THanks

In win500, how can you set up the talkgroups so that you have DE in one folder Ex.1 and Wilmington in another ex.2? thanks.

Here's 2 win500 files, 1 with Del as 1 scanlist and 1 with Del as 4 scanlists.
