Default Brandywine School District

I was riding the bus today and saw that they have new mobile radios in the buses. Also, the buses have small, i'd say 6", magmount steel whips on the tops of the buses. Anyone know if they are using new frequencies? Also, before each transmission, a squack can be heard over the radios.

Thanks
Bill

Default Analog

Does anyone know what type of trunked system it is and if it's analog or digital?

Default Ltr

It is an LTR system. seems like only 453.7625 is being used. is that normal for an ltr system, for only one specific frequency to be used? i dont think i'm missing any communications.

Default LTR Standard

It is an LTR standard system. Should I put the 2 frequencies in my psr-500 as an LTR system or just one conventional frequency (453.7625)?

That is likely the "Home" channel which comms will generally appear on first if there is a single conversation occurring on the system. Just put the 453's in and all will be well.

Hello,

453.7625 MHz is LCN 7. Monitored Radio Maintenance Testing on TG 0-07-246. The GRE PSR Series Scanners will Auto Home Frequencies if you enable the setting when programming a LTR System. The feature works well and helped determine LCN order for CCHS LTR System.

Hello,

No data from other frequencies yet. Will check frequently as time allows.
