Default Sussex Co traffic getting into CT system

A few of us up in CT just figured out a new interoperability system in the New Haven area. The other night, I caught some interesting traffic on it. It was from Sussex County.

Here is the link to the CT thread: http://www.radioreference.com/forums...new-haven.html

I managed to pin it down to Sussex Co. Fire/EMS based on station numbers and addresses. The system is a VHF/UHF/800 interoperability repeater system. I think the "intrusion" from Sussex is on the 453.175 repeater. I am certain that I was not hearing it direct from Delaware and it must be getting in through the input on 458.175. I see in the DB that Bethany Beach has a simulcast of the TRS on 453.175 (PL 67.0). Our repeater up here is 167.9. My question to you folks is, does the TRS simulcast input into the Bethany Beach repeater on 458.175 with a PL of 167.9. I think it was probably just the right conditions for propagation on UHF that night for it to get into this system. Hopefully someone down that way can help us figure this mystery out!

Check WQHC374. input and output are correct. My records show 67.0 as tone.

Also found a license for Sussex County Fire Board; WPRX331. Same output but different input frequency.
