Question State of Delaware Public Safety

I was wondering........how did RadioReference get such detailed information on the State of Delaware Public Safety System such as the talkgroup displays and whatnot? I know that most, if not all, of the talkgroup displays are accurate. Was it through a FOIA request or something?

Default Canal Day, Chesapeake City, C and D canal.

Anyone have a handle on freqs being used? Have CG and DE, need any info on MD NRP Marine Patrol. Confirmation on De. freqs would be helpful.

To answer Bill's question, most info is provided by scanner users either by analyzing direct hits on a talkgroup or via trunk decoding software.

To Bob, you've apparently "keyed up" in the wrong network. Start a new thread using your topic.

Years ago a friendly person submitted it.

lso they could have gotten it form the people who program the radios. For instance I know a few radio shops in dowstate DE who program Police radios. Not necessarily the DSP shop but other independent shops also do for some PDs so some of them might have supplied the info.
