hello any idea when rebanding starts, also want to get the pro-197 iknow this can be rebanded but where would i go to get this done, thanks for any help

RE-banding has been delayed a couple of times now. That last substantiated date I have heard in Jan-2010

Listen for control channels to pop up 15Mhz lower, that'll be a sign that things are getting going for real.
