Be sure to program Marine VHF-FM channels 16 and14.
CH 14 is used by Delaware Bay pilots. Activity is sporadic but I enjoy it.
Ch16 will let you hear Urgent Marine Information Broadcasts from USCG Delaware Bay and Eastern Shore sectors.

Also, if you hear uscg on there digital channels, CG 121 is used out of Cape May, CG 114 is used out of Delaware, and CG 409 is used by mostly air.

I would say about 25% of the time. Most 121 and 114 are in the clear. Sometime they are encr from land and clear from boat or visa versa.

We are also taking the Lewes ferry to Jersey for a day trip to Wildwood and Cape May. I have downloaded everything I thought pertinant (sp?) to the areas visiting , I hope.
