Default Database Clean up

I have been working to bring the DE database into alignment with best practices site wide.

Some old information was depreciated, interop channels were moved to the state section.

No new frequencies/TG's have been added.

Ok, I have added some DMR freqs in NCC businesses. More to update but it's a start. Time to get DSD working with a SDR dongle.

Do you know if the database is accurate as far as what is encrypted and what is not? Mainly wondering about SUSCOM...

To my knowledge, Yes. I cannot monitor the Sussex system so I rely on submissions.

On 12/28 some Skip came in, and all the recordings I got I don't hear any encryption on Suscom.

I have not heard them on the TRS but 162.020 is their base in Wilmington/Newark which dispatches them.

I'd figure it would be on the list of unidentified Tg's in the wiki.
