Default DSP Recom Encrypted?

Noticing tonite that DSP Recom dispatch channel is encrypted but mobile
units are in the clear.I think DSP Data channel is still clear.
Switchboard operator accident or permanent?

Mark

Seems that they accidentally do this from time to time. Recom is presently in the clear via the web link.

OK back in the clear here now...Console Op must have had hit the wrong switch ..

Course the scary result is that they could go ENC full time and no problems.
Probably just a matter of time.

Happens most frequently when dispatch switches to N/K/S- Secure(strapped secure); they forget to turn encryption off.
