Software for Windows 2000 Pro

Gday,

I am in the process of building another pc for decoding digital signals found during searches on conv radio frequencies and am wanting to know for sure what software will run under Win 2000 Pro. I am using Win98SE at the moment and some of the software I have used is: PDW, Winflex, Trunker, Austrunk, Etrunker (with ESK) & a lot more I cant remember. I am only interested in Identifying what the signals are and some of what they do etc, so does anybody run any of theese programs or more on their Win2k PC?. Only reason for the upgrade is that I bought a PCI Serial port card that is supposed to work under 98 but I cant get it to, so last ditch effort is Win 2k. The card works fine under XP, but not all my software.

These work:

PDW, Winflex, Trunker

Not sure about the others.
