please help

i dont know what firmware i put on this radio tyt 380 but it turns on and reboots every 5 seconds how can i fix ??

Go to menu-utilities-radio info-versions, then the firmware number will be listed. If you could provide that version number, that will help us out a lot I’m trying to fix the problem. It could also be a battery problem. I would get an older firmware and install it if the problem persists.

ok thanks any idea where to get a new version the radio is brand new

it just powers on and reboots the seller on ebay says its a bad firmware i can get into firmware mode on radio thats it

I would go to va3xpr.net . There you will find a list of firmware’s to choose from. There are YouTube videos on how to update the radio to the firmware of your choosing.
