Your best bet if your not familiar with the internals of your radio,t is to obtain an RTLSDR usb stick, and use SDR#..D-Taps on radios is easy if your good with SMT/SMD soldering. But you can also damage your radio in the process.

DSD+ is a Windows program. No compiling necessary.

1. Disable any funky addons you have in your browser
2. Make sure that things like Flash / Silverlight can be run in your browser

The link is valid and works.

3. No, DSD+ will not be available on Linux to my knowledge. It is a Windows application.

Really looking forward to seeing this new release of DSD+ ......with screenshots suggesting some element of decoding of privacy-enabled signals, text messages and GPS decoding (yes, all the things that many others have been chipping away at for ages), I really hope we do get to see it, and that it isn't some elaborate hoax !

Wow, such a great Christmas present! Oh, wait a minute! Isn't Christmas earlier this year?!?! I think so!
Love DSD+. Can't wait to see this new release!

Will this new version decode voice and show GPS position from D-STAR network? Some good news on NXDN data decoding?

I would really, really like it if the DSD+ audio recording could start a new file every call (as in when the audio data is interrupted or the talk group changes) and name them using the date, time, talk group # and radio #. I can see that the program can detect the group/radio #s on a P25 voice channel.

Also, I don't see the radio numbers of a radio-to-radio individual call in the output like I can for a group call. Is that a program limitation, or does this information not exist on the voice channel?

I would pay $$ for this feature as it would simplify recording a lot (no need to send the audio to a separate program using another virtual audio cable), and even possible (Unitrunker does not show individual calls being active the full time that DSD+ shows audio data coming in, and if you record based on that you only get bits and pieces of a call)

Is there any more news on this at all please DSDPlus? Anyone actually been part of the beta testing care to reveal if they've actually seen a new version: does it even exist?

Beta testers are usually nominated by existing team members, but sometimes we will approach individuals who have skills or access to systems that we are looking for.
