What are all the restrictions for opp?
I herd the comm center say "restriction of I india" and iv herd "Z" before, aswell as "X" (for glasses im going to guess)
.
Also what are the flags? Seems to be some missing from the list on here

Alpha-Subject belived to be armed
Charlie-Subject belived to have contajois disease
Echo-Subject belived escape risk
Foxtrot-Subject belived to have family violence
Mike-Subject belived to be mentally ill
Sierra-Subject belived to be a suicide risk
Victor-Subject belived to be violent

Any missing or incorrect?

Xray is for glasses. They list any physical conditions or endorsements on a license as a restriction. I have to wear glasses when I drive so mine has Xray under conditions. The I "India" has me stumped haven't heard it before. If I had to guess, maybe "daytime only", as in for an elderly person.

India is an ignition lock that requires the driver to periodically blow into it or the vehicle shuts down.
