Default Hydro-Quebec Sys. 4E2A Range 2 & 3

I'm trying to nail down base and offset for Range 2 and 3 of Hydro-Quebec
system 4E2A. Lachute Site 56 is unique (so far), using one channel in each
of three ranges. This site is normally out of range but comes in sometimes via
"ducting". I snagged all three channel numbers with Trunker. RR doesn't show
this yet, updates are pending.

Listed frequency range info appears to be only partially correct. Total number
of channels should be 380 for 3 ranges (channels 380 to 759) but subtotals add
up to 399 (impossible).

Control channel 142.275 in Range 1 (channel 434) makes sense, as does voice
channel 151.325 in Range 2 (channel 588). Voice channel 153.680 in Range
3 is channel 652, but using the frequency ranges listed it would be 779 (impossible).

Offset for Range 2 is 588; but it looks like Range 2 is a lot smaller than listed,
and Range 3 is much larger. I wonder if someone with specific knowledge of this
can comment.

Information forwarded to me from a reliable source points to the problem. I had assumed the step size in Range 2 and 3 was 5kHz...
turns out it is 15kHz. Just about everything falls into place. Offset for Range 2 and 3 are 588 and 634 respectively.
Updates to the database plus some other site info (neighbours) is in progress.
