I have I think 3 frequencies in my area that are of this type of system. Not sure though if they're on the same system though.
I forget which program I had used before, but I was able to get a SysID for the ctrl. that's on 460.3375.
Any ideas?
Haven't really heard anything on the frequencies when I've put them in before so I gave up on the system. But I know the ctrl. channel is active.
And can the 246T monitor this system? No, eh.

Which site of those seven listed does 460.3375 belong to ?
I see it mentions that the talkgroups were identified with the help of the Tronquito program. I think that is a downloadable program available here on RR.
Maybe worth a try.

Well I see it's been partially updated.
The Control channel is actually 460.3875 which I was referring to site 103.
460.2875 I don't see that as being associated with this though in tafl.
460.3875 (Ctrl. Ch.)
460.5125
461.1625
I rarely program these in because I've never thought there was any activity on there. Although the Ctrl. Ch. is active with noise.
If I compress the audio file I can upload it here and have someone with the right program to get the SysID.
I know I had it before, I forget what it was though.

Well, I've certainly got suprised here.
I just plugged the 2 voice frequencies in and low and behold we've got some radio traffic.
Now to just try and figure out how the hell to identifty users on here. And figure out who out this way would use this system besides the one's in Ottawa.

You are correct, the CC should have been 460.3875 (correction was requested). 460.3375 belongs to AECL, which is not related to TimeTrac, although it wouldn't be a surprise if Time maintains the AECL system.
System ID, yeah, no biggie, there isn't a lot that can be done with it. Trunkito churns out continuous data that fills the screen. A version that was supposed to fix this didn't seem to work as expected.
MPT-1327 systems use base/offset/step and multiple ranges somewhat like Moto systems. These may not be all the same for all sites. For example one site has base=451.00000, offset=1, and step=6.25kHz (0.00625). Trunkito can't handle 6.25Hz, rounds down to 6.20kHz, which causes the displayed frequencies to be wrong. How far off they are depends on the channel number. I also believe Trunkito can't be set up for multiple ranges, so channels in one range might (sort of) be displayed correctly, while others are way off.
To ID users, you have to stop the program just after a user goes active, and read the hex code. Users sometimes show up on multiple sites simultaneously, but seems to depend whether they originate on the site you are listening to, whether their ID is displayed. I've heard two one-sided parts of a conversation on channels on two different sites, due to networking.

I remember that program doing that. What is the easiest way to stop that. Pressing pause?
Can someone .zip the program and include it in the thread. I've been having downloading troubles lately because of Download Accelarator being stuck on my system somehow even though it's been uninstalled.

If this isn't compressed right, let me know. Otherwise it should work.

Ok, finally got this tronquito program working. Seems that continuous part has been fixed.
Was able to finally get the SysID for the Pinnacle Hill site, not that it matters though.
So when there's activity on the voice frequencies, do I just switch over to the ctrl channel and look at the activity on it with tronquito? And will it give the ID of the user who's on the system?
Finally another system I can maybe help put together.

Some of the frequencies listed can't possibly be used at two sites close together,
so one of them must be on the road to expiry. More than 90% of the big list
you posted is already on THIS database.
Anybody interested in searching out this kind of data should, or would
have gone to TAFL already. I just don't get the point of dumping this stuff
into a thread.

...I believe that UniTrunker also supports decoding MPT1327 systems. Still won't be able to listen in to specific talkgroups until that program is completed but at least you'll be able to ID some talkgroup numbers. And hopefully it'll be easier than using Tronquito.
