Optimus 80 parts question

I'm building my first radio. Have repaired cb'sfor a while. I'm trying to find were to buy or how to make a 15uh low resistance rfc, and a 100uh rfc. Any help would be great.

I ended up finding them on eBay. They didn't cost very much.
