Moscow Police?
Is Moscow police now using digital radios? I've seen XTS's in photos but are they operating in digital mode? VHF or UHF? Thanks.

I apologize if this post (and a few others that I made) is not relevant to what the OP made but I have a random request; if there is anyone within Moscow who posts on here, would you be willing to make a live audio feed for the Moscow Police?
