Default Opinions on twitter

What are your opinions on the "micro-blogging" website?
I currently have 1 personal account, 1 for my website, and 1 where I post live updates from my scanner to people in my area. I think it can be a powerful tool if used correctly, but it is also often abused. It can also be a great way to keep up to date with what friends, family, and co-workers are doing.
Now what do YOU think?
And if you have one post your link so me and others can follow you!

I only use twitter for "whats on shortwave right now" I think its a great tool for that. I monitor it while I am spinning the shortwave dial.

I think twitter is good for what it is designed for. Short, quick updates to let friends and family know what you are doing at that particular time.

i have 1 account for personal use and would setup more depending on if my website/forum ever gets enough traffic to consider. Love it though. It makes keeping with friends and stuff going on around me alot easier.

Well it seems as though everyone has their own special use for Twitter.
