All I can say, is WOW! Like really WOW! 15 years of Radio Reference! To think that we've come that far is incredible!
Now we're expanding to a new site (Broadcastify) and we have 629,000 members.
Greatly looking forward to future changes and updates!!!
Who knows where we'll be in another 15 years....

This will be a fun look back. I now admit that I anonymously visited trunkedradio.net for a long while before I trusted the site enough to register!

If we don't know and study our history, we are bound to repeat it...but that's a good thing here!

I had no idea it all began 15 years ago. I thought I was one of the earlier ones, but I was about 4 years late!
I remember going to trunkedradio.net because I loved radios. We did not have any trunked systems in my neck of the woods at the time, but if I ever had a question about frequencies I would always ask "I know this is not a trunking question, but..." . And then the migration to RadioReference happened and it opened a wealth of information on all things radio related.
Happy anniversary!

Lindsay, you started a needed
site for the scanner hobby. And in time it grew and grew and grew and, will YOU know the rest! We all congratulate you on putting together a very knowledgable website with forums and loads of information. Lots of us really don't realize just how much time and MONEY it takes to run this wonderful site. Let them click on the link that 'rosecitytransit' posted above (#11) and get a shock! Speaking not just for myself, (probably 99% of the rest of us), thanks for a job very well done.
