You see, NC is undergoing major upgrades to its statewide trunking system.

Right on! Military, and emergency services, are first thoughts. Other heroes like parents, teachers, and fellow citizens who don't wear the same "brass" on their uniforms, come to mind, too. But they are all TOPS in my book.
